Person rescues a scared and skinny stray cat by luring it in with toppings from their pizza, now they have a cute mouser with no sense of purrsonal space: 'After about ten minutes of flicking sausage and ham at her, she came out'

Sometimes, when you get adopted by a cat, it's easy. The cat sees you, the cat chooses you, and the cat follows you all the way home. It happens more often than you think. Because once you are chosen by a cat, it's done, the cat will end up with you one way or another. But sometimes… sometimes, you have to convince the cat that you are the one. Sometimes, you have to make a sacrifice. And that is what the kitty in this story demanded from her owner-to-be. 

This cat did not make it easy for her future owner. She needed to be convinced. So, she simply refused to come out from under the porch that had become her safe space until she was convinced. And what it took to convince her was… 10 minutes of pizza toppings being thrown at her. And if you don't think that is a sacrifice, then you have never bought an entire pizza for yourself before. It took a minute, or rather 10, but eventually she came out, and she made her way directly into her forever home.

  • Listen, sacrificing your pizza toppings in this way is not something to be taken lightly. This is a person who truly wanted to save this cat. Do you know how much pizza toppings cost nowadays? They are not cheap. Spending them on this cat is a sure sign that this is going to be a good owner.

  • You may complain for a moment, especially when they sit on you right as you were planning to get up and go to the bathroom, but it's the best thing in the world. Affectionate cats like this are rare and amazing, and you better enjoy every second of this purrsonal space invasion.

    The_Captain_Mal Shy looks a lot like a Lynx Point Siamese (or a Tabby + Siamese )! Mine is very similar in coloring, bit darker, but the blue eyes are so pretty. They can be insanely talkative, very smart, and definitely like being around their person.
